Production Broaching Our Production Broaching department has over twenty (20) broach machines with an available stroke up to 60". We are capable of processing from one to one million parts through our efficient production system with the latest inspection methods implemented to insure quality through out the production process.

Ty Miles production facility, utilizes the most efficient broaching machinery. Surface, internal and form broaching in capacities from 12" stroke to 60" stroke. We have a large inventory of existing standard and special broaches and the capability of designing and manufacturing them, as well as providing our BROACH SHARPENING SERVICE. Our competent, experienced staff provide the manufacturing industry with timely, affordable machining solutions.

Production Machining & Manufacturing

Ty Miles also now offers production machining, in small to medium lots sizes. Job shop type jobs are also welcome. With our CNC machining centers (50" x 24" Capacity) , CNC mills and grinders (120" x 20" Capacity ), no job is to big or to small.
We are capable of processing from one to one million parts through our efficient production system with the latest inspection methods implemented to insure quality though out the production process.
We also offer broach sharpening services, as well as reconditioning and repair.


Our full service machine shop specializes in R&D projects, repairs, modifications, prototypes and small quantity production. Six full-time machinists experienced in working with metals, plastics, ceramics, and other materials are ready to provide you with efficient and quality service. We use CNC Bridgeports and Lathes for milling and turning. Welding services are also available. Miles can provide you with precise Computer Numerically Controlled Milling and Grinding with no minimums. Our computer- controlled equipment allows us to provide you with a wide variety of custom made parts and repairs. If you need complex or difficult components manufactured to exacting tolerances, it is what we do best.
